I work with my clients on projects of all sizes and budgets.  Whole house remodel or short consultations are welcome. 

My services are offered to condo associations/home owners who need repair or upgrade work done to their home, but have no time to do the work required.  I will research products, find reliable contractors, obtain bids and pricing for materials, prepare reports/maintain budgets and manage the project through completion.
